I can't say enough good things about Andrea as a host or the apartment. He was extremely attentive, quick to respond, and made the stay even more wonderful. The apartment is situated right in the middle of everything! Shopping, dining, beach access, parking....the list goes on! Even in the middle of it all, the apartment is still very quiet. The space is large with a well appointed kitchen, equipped with a full sized refrigerator, microwave, and oven. The air conditioner was an added bonus which was nice after a hot day of exploring the area. If I am ever back in Sanremo, Andrea's place is where I want to stay. If you are planning a trip there, you won't find better accomodations! Thanks again Andrea!

The place was great, very modern and the layout was spacious and the best we have seen in Sanremo. Lovely views of the square and the social street. Two large TVs, good internet and a desk to work at. Overall an amazing experience and highly recommended!

The TOFFEE suite is even better then we expected. The place is clean and in the center of San Remo (I think the best place you can get in San Remo). Luca is really kind and helpful. He helped us with finding a boat for our boat trip and gave us restaurant recommendations. We had a fantastic holiday due to his service and kindness. We really recommend this place!
